I was recently in a conversation that followed one of those circuitous routes from things I did while it rained in Austin, Texas, to an amazing antique store there, to collaboration with found imagery, and eventually to people who paint on thrift store paintings. Which reminded me of Wayne White.
Mimi Pond invited some of us (see here) to their place in L.A. for lunch. Which was awesome. And I got a couple of pictures of the in-progress antique-French-wallpaper-inspired mural in their dining room, as well as Wayne's studio.
